An interactive brand activation with Baast Studio for Flâneur at Awakenings ADE festival, combining motion-tracking technology, mesmerising LED visuals, and responsive digital experiences to create an immersive brand touchpoint for an electronic music festival crowd.
Role
Supporting Baast Studio as Producer, I coordinated the installation of an interactive LED installation across an intensive timeline, ensuring Baast’s motion-tracking technology integrated seamlessly with a WebGL experience and later on custom visuals, as well as the Awakenings ADE festival operations and FLÂNEUR brand requirements.
The production involved managing creative-technical feedback loops between Baast Studio's development team and Flâneur, while coordinating hardware deployment with the venue logistics. I established milestone gates that supported their iterative development approach while ensuring festival-ready reliability through rigorous testing protocols for night-time and festival environment tracking conditions.
This included coordinating site visits for spatial assessment, establishing installation timelines that minimized venue disruption, and building contingency plans that protected both technical reputation and operational stability across four consecutive nights of high-traffic festival deployment.

Building production infrastructure for a next-generation sports technology scale-up.
Role
Working with GlassCourt OS as a Producer, I established production foundations during a critical growth phase, managing real-time technical deployments for professional interactive LED sports facilities where hardware, software, and live performance create next-generation fan and athlete experiences.
The technical scope involved orchestrating multiple integrated systems: custom Unity applications, NDI video streaming, media servers, real-time player tracking, and content management platforms. I established project management systems, cross-team communication protocols, and coordinated international deployment logistics across multiple events and venues while managing the operational demands of simultaneous installations.

An immersive holiday takeover celebrating Loro Piana’s 100th anniversary, blending physical installation, digital storytelling, and interactive retail at Harrods.
Role
I led production on two core pieces of the Loro Piana x Harrods Workshop of Wonders experience: an interactive photo booth installation and the Festive Quest website. My job was keeping creative ambition and technical reality in conversation - coordinating teams, managing timelines and budgets, and making sure what we built actually worked when people interacted with it.
For the photo booth, I managed everything from user flow design to tech integration to supplier coordination and to making sure it didn't break when hundreds of people started using it. For the website, I worked with strategists, designers and developers to create both a teaser page and the in-store treasure hunt, ensuring the experience felt cohesive whether someone encountered it online or wandering through the space.
The challenge was maintaining creative vision while hitting campaign deadlines and user experience expectations; basically making sure the magic worked reliably in the busiest period of the year.

As a Producer at Your Majesty, my contribution on this project involved overseeing the end-to-end production of the interactive microsite for The Price of Morals campaign. I coordinated timelines, aligned with creative and development teams, and managed delivery across design, animation, and front-end implementation. Working closely with BBH NYC, I helped ensure the experience launched smoothly and captured the tone, pacing, and visual identity of the wider campaign.

At Your Majesty, I managed the production of a two-day creative workshop with Armada Music focused on generative AI. I oversaw logistics, shaped the structure alongside creative and technical leads, and coordinated the team’s experimentation with generative AI tools. Post-workshop, I facilitated the rollout of assets and ensured smooth collaboration across creative and client teams, supporting the successful delivery of the world’s first AI-generated music campaign.
